SOLVING CHILD LABOUR
Many industry in the world, especially in Indonesia. Generally, the factories use manpower. Sometimes the factory use child labor as manpower. Uses child labor is not good for mentality the children, and there are risks will be happened. We would be prevent child labor, Provide children, and make solution for child labor.
Education is very important for every children, We arrange seminar to help parents and human being to know about a basic right of children, We also make organizations. Childrens must get provide from a country, and from international Community. And also to solve this problem we make solutions.
We would to explain about prevention child labor. To prevent child labor there are steps can be use, that is give education for childrens, arrange seminar, and make organization. Every children have opportunity to get education, formal education and informal education, and we build a school free. We arrange seminar for parents and human being about basic right for children. In oder to they can to know, so they are not order the children to work. So the children will be happy. This seminar can make the children to get self-confidence and believe that God always blessing us, they can believe that he has skill to develop their life. Make organization to help poor people. This organization give training to children. If the parent do not have money to get education for their son or daughter. Their children can follow training. We learning the children about self-esteem, self-confidence, and learn to make creativity, so childrens can improve their skill.
To provide the child. Parents and The government in a country must protect childrens, because every children have basic right. Indonesia have the law No.13 2003. Purpose of law to organize companies or factories to do not use child labor. The minimum age of labor is 15 years old. In International community, there is ILO. ILO have the role No. 138 & 139 at 1973 about labor, that is the minimum age labor might be to work. Apart from that make the role in every company about the labor. If in a company use child labor, so this company give a report to the government. Before that, the company make analyze about the children opinion why he wants to work or why he needs to get a job. The company must be provide the child labor, take care to the child labor, make child labor safety.
Finally, to solve problem about child labor in factories, we make solutions. Companies or factories can use machine, so the factory don`t needs many people to work, only use several labor to operate machine. Make standard skill for labor to operate machine, to makes labor safety. So child labor can be decrease.
